Joel and Tylor were so great to deal with. From making my appointment, to dropping my vehicle off, to picking my vehicle up. They kept me informed throughout the whole process. They did a very thorough job at a very reasonable price. Call them for all of your vehicle service needs.

I had a great experience getting my car serviced today here. Service advisor explained to me throughly about my vehicles AWD system and how that impacts my tire tread. Everything was clean and waiting room was nice too. Coolant flush and oil change is what I had done.

Jim Taylor automotive allowed me to drop off my car without having to be there. They understood my concerns and took care of car. They did a diagnostic to check if there’s any issues. They never charged me. They did bring to my attention about how stripped all my wheel Lugs were. I never knew. That would created way more problems.I went ahead and let them change my Lug nuts. Thank you 🙏!!!!!!

I have never had a more pleasant experience at a mechanics shop before. Staff was very knowledgeable and helped me understand everything. My car needed a big repair and they gave a great price and made sure it was completed correctly. From now on this will be the only mechanic I use

READ THIS!!!!! This business and it's outstanding employees, manager, owner, helped me out in an absolute pinch!!!! I do a lot of my own vehicular work at home. I could not remove the worn-out bearings and hubs from the spindles. They require a hydraulic press. I removed them and had a friend chauffeur me to them. The manager was direct, professional and respectful to the maximum! He said they would do their best to get it done today and I'm now on my way to pick them up after a couple of unscheduled hours. I highly recommend Jim Taylor Automotive because of their unparalleled work ethic and professionalism. I would give them 100 stars if possible. I truly cannot thank you all enough!!!!
